What are sustainable best practices for event planners at 成人大片? How can event planners boost engagement at their events and reduce waste at the same time? This workshop will provide staff with the tools to plan sustainable in-person and virtual events at 成人大片 by providing an overview of the 成人大片 Sustainable Events program.

LEAN White Belt with Simulation

(in-person session)

This is an ideal course as a Lean refresher or for those with limited time. In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.听
