Current research: 

I am the former Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and am now returning to research on a part-time basis. I do not have an independent laboratory but instead collaborate actively in research on toxicology and pathophysiology related to chronic respiratory diseases including COPD and pulmonary fibrosis.
