Effective Thursday, April 15th, the Payroll Adjustments Approval History Minerva Menu will be available to view/track the approval status of Payroll Adjustments. In addition, the central fund 199999 will no longer display nor can be charged when processing Payroll Adjustments.

Good afternoon,
As was communicated in October 2020, effective Fiscal 2021 certain of our reporting requirements now oblige the University to disclose internal purchases separately. Consequently, new accounts were created that follow the same logic and naming convention (e.g. 78xxxxx) as the Internal Sales accounts (.g. 77). Beginning November 1, 2020, we asked you to use the newly created account codes for all internal purchases.
